How it is working

I am setting a campaign for international with MyLunchBasket.
I would like to do a domestic campaign with GroganManor account, like we did years ago, as you know many do not know what to do or they want to know why.
Now I simplified it to what you used to share about depth and leveraging. I tell them (builders) to get mindset to target market 20 locations; for me it is cities, some say people and then help those get the average of two, help one of those two get one, for a total of four.
I call it the Power of 83
You, me, and an experienced marketer, come in and target a city, find 20 get two each, help one get one. (That’s what naturally happens). According to Maxwell in his book Tipping Point it takes 60-80 people to see a group take on its own identity with 2-5 Leader types (sound familiar). 20/40/20 plus you me and an experienced marketer equal 83, right?
So how do you get started? Very very simple,
Get a blank single sheet of paper and write one through twenty, once the sheet is full we have done our job.
Now we will help you along the way, just tell me when you want to get started.

Now [your name here], I understand it sounds oversimplified. The best marketers and investors will tell you one thing you must have to get success is an exit strategy. Our exit strategy in each city is 20/40/20, then we move to next city. Just ask yourself what place you want to have in the matrix, Top or bottom? Then, ask who do you already have that can handle twenty accounts, follow up, birthday, holidays, anniversaries, you know the human art of the business? Who has that kind of heart, that you already know? Can they really do the job? If so lets get in touch with them and get this first two today.

Once perfected we can get each account of 4 set up in less than six hours of phone calls, and actually ordering.

If they are not sure we have over 20 locations across country where it can be explained in person and other countries. It’s a win/win/win.

We put them back in list by geography and target demographics by location, every 90 days with a where and when meetings place. ‘Never stop giving’ information away.

Vemma team!

Here it is, a couple of weeks into July, middle of summer, every excuse in the world to slow down a bit, take a vacation…but you guys are crushing it!

Before I get into a few stats, I’ve got to let you in on some huge news. For only the 8th time in Vemma history, we have a new Royal Ambassador…Brad Alkazin IS our newest Royal Ambassador!! At any age, let alone 26, this is a huge accomplishment!! Brad will earn about $85K this month and the guy never stops working! What a great example he’s setting for this next generation of leadership that’s rising up from the Young People Revolution!

Now, back to the stats (first 13 days of July ’11 vs. ’12). Get a load of this, since the incentives launched about 2 weeks ago, sales up 65%! Auto-delivery orders up 43%, Verve sales up 83% and enrollments…wait for it…up 104%!! Team, this is incredible and I wish I could hug each one of you. These next 6 months are really going to set the stage for an incredible 2013!

On the app front, Vemma 2.0 for Android is coming next week! This should pretty much double the usage, excitement and momentum in your teams! Also, Bod•ē 2.0 is 30 days away and will feature Chris and Heidi Powell in 84 daily video tips, fast food options and a bunch of other cool stuff!

On the international front, we’re ahead of schedule on the opening of Mexico. It will happen this Monday! I’m looking forward to some great things from this market. I just got off the phone with Executive leader and #YPR crusader Jed Buenaluz who’s in Mexico right now pre-building young people. Glad I decided to bring Verve down there. Here’s a story he shared with me from his Facebook page:
“Breaking News Sam Infante is beyond a stud. At 21, he went from BRAND PARTNER to DIAMOND in 4 DAYS!!!! Are you serious? Let’s Congratulate him! He hit 24 cycles in 1 week. TELL ME THIS ISN’T REAL! Verve Nation, to say I’m impressed with what you young people are doing is an understatement! I hear amazing stories like this of just how fast you’re moving up the ranks and as a company owner, I’m totally committed to providing you with everything you need to take just the Verve brand alone to $1 billion. I read this article about Youth Joblessness: No end in sight. It makes me think this #YoungPeopleRevolution has no end in sight either!

Go for the Gold Weekend Kicks Off with Tremendous Success

November 4 – 6, 2011 — Nearly 200 attendees plus Vemma’s super Elite leaders flew in from all over North America for the premier Go for the Gold Weekend Summit, a leadership and business-building weekend retreat held in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. Hosted by BK, Karen and Lauren Boreyko and the Home Office team, the event recognized attendees for meeting the Go for Gold requirements during the first qualification period. Attendees enjoyed complimentary transportation, airfare, meals, accommodations, and extensive on-site advanced leadership training led by two top Vemma leaders — Royal Ambassadors Ruth Elliott and Tom Alkazin. Training was all specifically designed to get them to the next level!

The Celebration!

The festivities began Friday night, as the Go for the Gold winners were greeted at the airport and hotel by friendly Vemma staff and then brought to Home Office for a very special Welcome Reception. As they approached Home Office, a mob of employees and photographers cheered their success and blinded them with flashbulbs. The party started flowing with drinks and lavish food, more photos and fun networking with the staff and fellow trip winners. On Saturday, the Go for the Gold earners’ day started early with a great breakfast, then they were off to hear from Vemma’s two multi-million dollar earners Tom Alkazin and Ruth Elliott. One of the highlights many commented on was having access and coaching from these two industry legends as they shared their best advanced leadership practices and exciting business insight to help catapult everyone’s business success to Platinum Club and beyond! Attendees received exclusive details and sampled the new Vemma Bod-e line, learned about the newest Vemma incentive programs, heard highlights of the upcoming 2012 Convention and discovered how to use Vemma marketing tools to grow their business. Later that evening, Go for the Gold attendees enjoyed a memorable Recognition Dinner. What amazed most of the audience was the number of leaders that had already taken their businesses flying past Gold to Diamond, Platinum, Star Platinum and even Executive! But the perks didn’t stop there! Before departing on Sunday, attendees enjoyed a personal tour of the Vemma manufacturing plant and heard first-hand the massive $5.5 million expansion plans underway to support the Verve and Bod-e brands.

The Take Aways

Vemma designed the fun-filled, all-expense paid weekend to celebrate the impressive achievements of these fabulous Go for the Gold winners. Attendees received new tools and insider knowledge to share with their teams back home. One of the most commented things overheard was how impressed the attendees were with the presence of Vemma Elite leaders like Matt Morrow, JD Phillips, Brad Alkazin, Linda Proctor, Rich and Karen Rowe, DP Gates, Annie Black, and Ian Nicholson. With these Vemma stars sharing their insights and mingling through the event, new Golds commented, “This must be what it feels like to be on an Ambassador Club trip!” Home Office can’t wait to see the impressive milestones these Brand Partners will produce next!
