MyLunchBasket: Turning Doubt into dreams

As a personal trainer, Brian Gajeski understands you have to work hard to get results. But when his own personal training business had him working 12 hours a day and he was still living in his parents’ basement, unable to pay back his college loans, he knew something had to change.

“I heard about Vemma and was skeptical,” he recalls. “But I did my research, saw how the products worked, and I realized that this was just the opportunity I needed to create a second income.”

All about sharing

A former college football player, Brian has a passion for fitness that he loves to share with clients, and now he’s sharing his passion for Vemma with them as well. His enthusiasm encouraged his parents to try Vemma Bod•ē, and between them, they’ve lost almost 80 pounds.**

“You want to talk about life-changing?” Brian says. “My mom has been struggling with some health challenges and had a difficult time losing weight. She tried a bunch of other programs, but since she’s been on Bod•ē, she’s lost 45 pounds and she feels great. You don’t have to look any further than my family to see how great this product is.”**

Sharing is at the heart of Brian’s motivation: sharing the product, sharing the opportunity, sharing the lifestyle. “If you don’t share the product, look what you’re holding back from people — this amazing opportunity to make your life better in so many ways, the opportunity to be healthy and have financial security. It’s too good to keep to yourself!”

Learning beyond the classroom

After graduating from Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin, with a degree in business marketing, Brian put that degree to work by beginning a personal training and boot camp business. But by getting involved with Vemma, he feels like he’s gone miles further with his education. “I’m so grateful for my education,” he says. “But what I’ve learned in the past six to eight months with Vemma has helped me more than anything I learned in school.”

Ask Brian about his goals, and he’s quick to tell you how he wants to help the other people in his life. He wants to see his business partner earn a BMW. He’s excited about helping his girlfriend’s father, his brothers, and his uncles succeed in their businesses.

“For right now, I’m plugging away,” he reports. “My goal is to hit Platinum soon. I’m going to speak at the new Verve Central opening in Virginia Beach. Sure, my people’s success helps me, but the bottom line is, they come first. It’s so great to see people enjoying a better quality of life.”

Disproving the doubters

Brian has had his share of obstacles, too. His friends told him he was crazy to go into Vemma, and even his father told him he should just focus on his personal training business. But now that his father is also a Brand Partner, and his friends see him tooling around in his new BMW, it looks like he’s got the last laugh.*

“You can’t listen to what others are saying,” he says. “You know what drives me? Proving people wrong. There’s nothing better than pulling up next to your college professor — who didn’t have any faith in you, who dismissed you — and you’re in a better car than he is. It’s a great feeling.”

**Results not typical, you may not do as well. Two pilot studies conducted by Vemma showed that 55 participants who followed the Vemma Bod•ē Transformation Plan for 12 weeks lost an average of 14.8 pounds. Not all participants will complete the plan, or accurately follow the directions and guidelines of the plan. Vemma Nutrition Company recommends you follow a healthy approach to weight loss by consulting with your physician or healthcare provider before starting any new exercise, diet plan, nutrition or supplementation program, particularly if you suffer from any medical condition or regularly use prescription or over-the-counter medications. The Vemma Bod•ē products as part of the Vemma Bod•ē 12-Week Transformation Plan should be used in conjunction with a healthy diet and 10 minutes of daily exercise.
